We use the neuroscience-backed Positive Intelligence program to build high-performance teams with a simultaneous focus on wellness.

It begins with a 6-week foundational course that teaches individuals to strengthen the 3 core muscles of mental fitness starting with learning to master self-command of the brain. The mastery of all 3 muscles results in positive habits that improve wellbeing, boost performance, and strengthen relationships.

With this common foundation and momentum, teams move forward with joint goals including earning trust, engaging in healthy conflict, and establishing mutual accountability.

Get started with a Saboteur Workshop

It’s easy to get teams started with a 2-hour saboteur workshop that allows individual members to see how their own brain sabotages them daily. Once the Saboteurs are identified, you’ll learn to interrupt them, take command of your mind, and shift to a positive or Sage perspective.
